Come fare la paella: ecco le istruzioni passo passo
Soffriggere l’aglio e la cipolla e fate scottare i gamberetti per qualche minuto spruzzandoli di vino bianco. Togliete dalla padella i gamberetti e iniziate a preparare le verdure tagliando a mezza luna le zucchine, a cubetti peperoni e melanzane.
Fate saltare in padella i peperoni con un goccino d’olio e aggiungete un po di vino bianco e fateli cuocere per almeno 5 minuti. In un altra padella molto capiente fate tostare il riso con una noce di burro e aggiungere brodo, zucchine, melanzane e i peperoni precedentemente cotti in padella.
Fate cuocere per 5 minuti e aggiungete i piselli. Aggiungete il brodo ogni qual volta sia necessario ( procedendo come si fa con un normale risotto). In fine, quando il riso sarà quasi cotto aggiungerete lo zafferano e i gamberetti cotti all’inizio. Portate a fine cottura.
