Ecco gli ingredienti per la torta di cioccolato e fragole:

70 gr di zucchero
100 gr di cioccolato fondente
120 gr di farina
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
3 cucchiai d’acqua
Per la farcitura della nostra torta di cioccolato e fragole:
mezzo litro di crema pasticcera
200 gr di fragole
Per la glassa di copertura della nostra torta di cioccolato e fragole:
40 gr di cioccolato al latte
30 gr cioccolato fondente
un po di burro
Per decorare la nostra torta di cioccolato e fragole:
qualche fragola
succo di limone
Come si prepara la torta di cioccolato e fragole:
Lavorate i tuorli con lo zucchero fino a farli diventare crema e aggiungete l’acqua. Dopo aver sciolto il cioccolato a bagno maria unitelo alla crema precedente e incorporate lentamente gli albumi montati a neve e la farina setacciandola per evitare la formazione di grumi.
